UC&D established in 2014, and based in Queens Village, NY, is a dynamic, minority-owned construction and remodeling company holding an NMSDC certification.

We specialize in the Construction Management and General Contracting within the Remodeling industry. We posses’ in-house capabilities in the NAICS codes listed in the sidebar. Widely acknowledged for our integrity and ability to complete complex, challenging projects, UC&D is the company of choice for Commercial Sub-Contracting, Federal Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, and private clients.

With significant planning and project management experience, our staff has more than 60 years of construction and remodeling expertise. Currently, UC&D employs 27 specialty tradespeople, 26 specialty sub-contractors, and 16 mechanical contractors.
